Core services include vendor coordination and sourcing for builders, installation coordination and quality oversight, and finish budgeting and allowance consulting. These services are delivered through scheduled, one-on-one appointments with our design team to ensure spec compliance and consistent project outcomes.

Can you supply and coordinate bulk orders for multiple homes in a development, including scheduling deliveries, staging materials, and coordinating with contractors?

Yes. We support builders handling multiple homes by coordinating bulk sourcing and vendor logistics. Our team provides vendor coordination and sourcing to manage order placement, delivery scheduling, and installation sequencing to align with construction timelines. We also oversee installation quality and coordinate with contractors to help ensure materials are staged and installed according to the builder’s schedule and specifications. These capabilities are intended to streamline procurement and reduce on-site complexity for multi-home projects.

What flooring and finishes do you stock (hardwood, tile, luxury vinyl, carpet, millwork, countertops, wall finishes), and can you customize packages to match specific builder specs?

We offer a broad selection tailored to builder needs: hard-surface flooring options including hardwood, engineered wood, vinyl, and laminate; tile selection and specification; carpet and area rugs; and window coverings such as shutters, shades, and blinds. For countertops we provide selection and guidance for quartz, quartzite, and granite. While we focus on finishing materials rather than on-site millwork fabrication, our vendor coordination enables sourcing of millwork and specialized finishes when required. We work with builders to customize finish packages to match project specs and allowance structures, and we provide finish budgeting guidance to align selections with cost targets and design goals.
